৩. Order Policy | অর্ডারের নিয়ম
Order করার সময় customer-কে সঠিক:
Name
Phone Number
Delivery Address
Product/Color/Quantity
দিতে হবে।
ভুল information দেওয়ার কারণে delivery সমস্যা হলে তার দায় customer-এর।
Order submit করার পর আমাদের team প্রয়োজনে ফোন করে order confirmation করতে পারে।
৪. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Order successfully submit করার পর এটি automatically confirmed হিসেবে গণ্য নাও হতে পারে।
আমাদের team phone call বা অন্য মাধ্যমে order verify করতে পারে।
Product unavailable, incorrect information, suspicious activity বা অন্য কোনো valid কারণে LuxuryTimes.shop order cancel করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Customer order dispatch হওয়ার আগে cancellation request করতে পারবেন।
৫. Pricing & Payment | মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
Website-এ প্রদর্শিত product price এবং applicable delivery charge order-এর সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Pricing error বা technical error-এর কারণে কোনো product-এর ভুল price প্রদর্শিত হলে LuxuryTimes.shop order review বা cancel করার অধিকার রাখে।

৬. Delivery Policy | ডেলিভারি
Delivery time location, courier service এবং অন্যান্য পরিস্থিতির উপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।

Customer-এর ভুল phone number, address বা অন্য ভুল information-এর কারণে order delivery ব্যর্থ হলে additional delivery charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৯. Privacy | Privacy Policy
Customer-এর দেওয়া personal information যেমন Name, Phone Number এবং Delivery Address শুধুমাত্র order processing, delivery এবং customer support-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করা হবে।
Customer information কোনো unauthorized purpose-এ ব্যবহার বা share করা হবে না, applicable law অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন ছাড়া।
